MEMBERSHIP
The Polish Heritage Alliance welcomes new members. Membership is open to people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you were born in Poland, have Polish ancestry or simply enjoy Polish traditions and culture. By becoming a member, you will receive the quarterly newsletter and voting privileges at our membership meetings. Additional benefits are determined by level of membership.
To join the Polish Heritage Alliance, Inc.
Regular Member: Individual $35 / Family of Two: $60

Supporting Member: Individual $50 / Family of Two: $75.00
- All the benefits of Regular Membership
- Complimentary Polish Fest admission ticket (1 for individual / 2 for family: must be picked up at the Polish Center of Wisconsin)
Red & White Member: Individual $150 / Family of Two: $250
- All the benefits of Regular and Supporting Membership
- Free use of Veterans Room for family functions for a 4-hour period, once during the year, Sunday to Thursday, on first come basis under established conditions for facility use. (Certain restrictions apply)
White Eagle Member: Individual $250 / Family of Two: $450
- All the benefits of Regular, Supporting, and Red & White Circle Memberships
- Complimentary Voucher for Lenten Fish Fry and Wednesday Polish Café Night Dinner (1 for individual/2 for family)
- Complimentary box of pączki on Pączki Day (must be picked up at Polish Center on that day)
Life Member: Per individual: $2,500
- All the benefits of Regular, Supporting, Red & White Circle, and White Eagle Memberships
- Life Member plaque in the Polish Center of Wisconsin
- Memberships are non-transferrable
Organization Membership: $200.00
A central part of the Polish Heritage Alliance’s mission is to be a home for preserving, teaching and sharing Polish culture in cooperation with other organizations. As an organization member, you will receive free use of meeting rooms and special discounted rates for rental of the Polish Center for your luncheons, dinners and other special events. Membership is valid for one year from January-December.
- Free meeting space in one of our meeting rooms for your annual group meeting. Based on availability on a first come, first serve basis, with basic room set-up included (certain restrictions apply).
- Rental discounts of 20-80% off our meeting rooms, ballroom or veterans’ room for monthly meetings, banquets, dinners or luncheons. Based on availability on a first come, first serve basis, with basic room set-up included (certain restrictions apply).
- Link to member organization’s website from the Polish Center of Wisconsin’s website, listing of your events on our website and in the Polish Connection newsletter.
Corporate Membership: $275.00
As a corporate member, your company will receive discounted rates, or even a free use of a meeting room for rental of the Polish Center for your meetings, luncheons, dinners and other special events. Membership is valid for one year from joining date.
