Kielbasa is the Polish general name for sausage. The traditional kielbasa made for Easter and other holidays is "white sausage" - Kielbasa Biala Surowa- or as we often call it Fresh Polish Michael Krass will share his expertise and give you tips on what kind of meat to include, seasonings, where to buy the sausage casings and more, as well as sharing his grandma's recipe with you.
