Co to znaczy? (What does this mean?)

Dyngus Day - A wonderful celebration with strong roots in Polish History. More commonly known as Easter Monday, Wet Monday, or Smigus-Dyngus. It is the official end of Catholic Lent and dates back to the Middle Ages. Tradition includes an ancient spring rite of cleansing, purification, and fertility -- with water and willow switches. The Polish Center of Wisconsin will be celebrating on SATURDAY, April 6, 2013. More details to follow.

Could cheese have been invented in Poland? Read about evidence of cheesemaking 7,500 years ago in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel's article on page 7A of Saturday, December 15, 2012 - written by Maria Cheng of Associated Press London.
