Frozen Order Information
Pierogi Each package contains 12 pierogi.
Uszka (Little Ears) Small pierogi, filled with mushrooms, often used in soups, but delicious when served alone.
Kopytka (Finger Dumplings) Small dumplings with no filling, used in soups or as a side dish.
Frozen Pierogi Pickup Normal pickup for frozen orders is at the holiday bazaar.
If you are unable to pick them up that day, they can also be picked up on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the Polish Center between 4:00 and 7:00 P.M. Please check the Wednesday pickup box on the order form if you cannot pick up your pierogi at the bazaar.

Lidia Kwiatkowska Gulik was born in Poland in 1960. She began painting
angels in 1998. In 2008, with the support of family and friends, she showed
them publicly for the first time. Since then she has participated in several
collective and individual exhibitions.
This exhibition is the first showing of Lidia's work outside of Chicago.
